Matcha Bliss Balls

These Matcha Bliss Balls are quick to whip up and packed with protein from the nuts and antioxidants from the Matcha. They make an excellent, healthy snack and will keep for up for a week in an airtight container in the fridge. They are unsweetened, so do add a little honey if you’d like them sweeter.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and blitz until everything is broken down into crumbs (approx 45 seconds)
  2. Using a teaspoon, scoop out small portions and roll in your hands into little balls
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and then transfer to an airtight container

Organic Matcha Recipes: Matcha Simple Syrup

To enjoy Matcha as an ingredient in drinks, you can make a simple syrup and then add it as an ingredient to sodas, tonics and lemonades.

Method

  1. Sift Matcha into sugar and mix to combine
  2. Add all ingredients into a pan and bring to a simmer, stirring until dissolved
  3. Set aside to cool
  4. Decant into an airtight container, keep in the fridge, and use within a month

Organic Matcha Recipes: Matcha Yoghurt Bowl

Adding Matcha to your breakfast yoghurt is a good way to get an extra health kick, and the colour makes summer berries really pop. Simply sift 1 tsp of Matcha into 150g yoghurt and stir to combine. You might want to add more, but this is a good place to start.
