This electric whisk has a two-speed motor for high-speed whisking (6000rpm or 8000rpm) and is crafted from durable materials so that you can use it every day. It’s durable and easy to clean. Made from matte black stainless steel, you can charge the body via USB charging, taking less than 1.5 for a full charge. As with any electric tool, keep moving parts away from the body, children or clothes and do not immerse in water.
How to use
Begin by ensuring your electric whisk is clean and dry.
Sift the amount of Matcha required on the recipe into your bowl. Add 50ml of 75°C water.
Place the electric whisk just below the surface and run for 10–15 seconds until a fine, even foam forms.
Top with 150ml of steamed milk for a hot Matcha latte, or cold milk and ice for an iced Matcha latte.
Care instructions
Handwash the head under warm water / avoid submerging the whisk body in water.
Recommended usage time: do not exceed 3 minutes
Do not immerse the main body of the product in water or other liquids. Keep body parts and clothes away from the whisk when operating. Keep away from children.
