Our Organic Chamomile Blossoms were selected for their clarity, fragrance, and balanced flavour profile. Using only whole blossoms allows the infusion to retain greater aromatic depth and natural sweetness, while avoiding the flatness often associated with broken chamomile blends. Depending on steeping time, the tea can be enjoyed as delicate and floral or deeper and more herbaceous.
Cultivation
The chamomile blossoms for this tea, once revered by the ancient Egyptians as the “Flower of the Sun God”, are sourced from certified organic farms in Egypt. After harvesting, the flowers are gently dried to preserve their essential oils, floral fragrance, and golden colour before being packed into silk teabags for a clean, expressive infusion.
