Organic White Peony Bai Mu Dan

A bright and refreshing Organic White Peony Bai Mu Dan white tea from Wo Kan Shan in Yunnan, China. This tea is hand picked as early as March selecting only the top two leaves and a young bud for optimum quality and flavour. The leaves are then left to dry in the sun naturally, retaining all of their flavour: notes of bamboo and cucumber, delicate jasmine and an earthy-woody depth. Pair with figs, melon or soft cheeses.
