Finished with fresh thyme and extra lychee, it’s a simple yet eye-catching way to enjoy your favourite tea chilled.
Ingredients
- 1 Tropical Green silk teabag
- 300 ml water
- 1 cup lychee (fresh or canned)
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Extra lychee (for garnish)
- Fresh thyme (for garnish)
Tropical Green Lychee Slushy Recipe Method
- Brew a Tropical Green teabag in 300 ml water at 80ºC for 2–3 minutes. Remove the teabag and set the tea aside to cool completely.
- Add pitted fresh lychee or canned lychee to a blender.
- Pour in the cooled tea, then add the ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Serve immediately in a coupe glass and garnish with extra lychee and fresh thyme.
