A refreshing twist on a classic lemonade, this Chamomile Honey Lemonade Fizz combines the delicate floral character of Organic Chamomile Blossoms with bright lemon, smooth honey and a sparkling finish. Light, cooling and beautifully aromatic, it’s an easy alcohol-free drink to serve on a warm afternoon or whenever you’re looking for something a little more special than traditional iced tea.
Ingredients
- 1 Organic Chamomile Blossoms silk teabag
- 300 ml water
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ oz of honey (adjust sweetness to your liking)
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Slices of lemon (for garnish)
- Fresh thyme (for garnish)
Chamomile Honey Lemonade Fizz Recipe Method
- Brew an Organic Chamomile Blossoms teabag in 300 ml boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Remove the teabag and set the tea aside to cool completely.
- In a tall glass, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey, then fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 200 ml of cooled tea over the ice, then top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh thyme.
