How can I track my order?

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey to your doorstep.

Can I amend or cancel an order after placing it?

As we aim to prepare your order swiftly, we cannot guarantee changes once it has been placed. However, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@avantcha.com, and we will do our best to assist.

How long does tea stay fresh?

When stored in a cool, dry place away from light and strong aromas, our teas retain their freshness and complexity for 12 to 24 months.

How many days until I receive my order?

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

What is your returns policy?

For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on tea. However, unused teaware in its original condition may be returned. For full details, please consult our Return Policy or contact us at customercare@avantcha.com.

Our tea and blends are sourced directly from trusted gardens across the world, selected for their purity and character. Many carry organic certifications such as EU Organic, USDA Organic, and JAS Organic, and our packaging is designed to protect against air, moisture, light, and odour to preserve aroma, colour, and flavour. 

How do you guarantee the freshness of your tea and matcha?

Our teas are packed in airtight, light-resistant packaging to protect their integrity and preserve their vibrant taste until you’re ready to brew.

Simply complete our Business Account Application Form. Our team will review your application and respond within one to three working days.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — there are no minimums. Order as needed, as frequently as required.

Are there shipping charges for business clients?

How do I place an order once registered?

Once approved, log in to your business account to access preferential pricing and place orders directly.

How will I track my business order?

You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp (UAE) or email (USA, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait) once your order is dispatched.

Can I return items ordered through my business account?
