This is the highest quality Organic Matcha, used in Japanese Tea Ceremonies, for both usucha – the thin matcha and koicha – the thick matcha.  The cultivars used are a blend of Yamanoibuki, Meiryoku, Okumidori, and Yabukita, creating interesting nuances of flavour, the deepest umami, and a more-ish minerality.
