This Xue Ya is a green tea produced in Fan Jing Shan of Guizhou. The elevation of the tea garden is 1200m. Harvested in spring, this Xue Ya – Snow Sprout is a refreshing and complex green tea.
It is a tea to be enjoyed at all times of day, with very low astringency, a slightly savoury flavour and distinct aroma of un-ripened fruits and fresh flowers. Enjoy this soft green tea on its own to truly appreciate the floral, deep aftertaste, or with light snacks like buttery Marcona almonds.
