On June 10, 2026, AVANTCHA and REIF Japanese Kushiyaki are hosting an intimate hands-on workshop at AVANTCHA's Lab. An evening that brings together Japanese sushi craft and a carefully curated tea pairing in a format designed to be made, tasted, and understood.
Working alongside Chef Augustus Hisole of REIF Kushiyaki, you will make five different sushi preparations with your own hands, guided through each technique from start to finish. Alongside every course, AVANTCHA tea expert Brighton Sibanda presents a tea pairing from our collection, including rare teas from the Platinum Collection, sharing a different preparation style with each cup and the tradition it carries.
