This Cloud Matcha has us on cloud nine (excuse the pun). A blend of coconut water with creamy Matcha cold foam on top makes for a tasty and refreshing beverage. It’s easy to create at home (especially with our handy Matcha Latte Set) and it’s a wonderful way to drink your Matcha if you love a tropical twist.

Directions

  1. Sieve Matcha Ceremonial Grade Kagoshima Natural Farming powder into a small bowl. Add the warm water and use a Matcha whisk or electric whisk to combine and remove any lumps
  2. Add the cream and milk in to the small bowl and whisk again with the Matcha
  3. Pour the the coconut water in to a glass with ice
  4. Pour the Matcha cold foam on top
  5. Stir and enjoy your delish Cloud Matcha!
