Ingredients
- Ice
- 100ml AVANTCHA Peach and Pear white tea concentrate*
- 150ml sparkling water
- Slices of fresh peach or pear
- Sugar syrup or alternative sweetener to taste
Directions
- *Start by making your AVANTCHA Peach and Pear white tea concentrate: brew 10g of tea in 500ml hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside to cool completely.
- Once cooled, fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in 100ml of the tea concentrate.
- Top with 150ml of sparkling water.
- Add sugar syrup or your preferred sweetener, to taste.
- Give it a gentle stir to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh slice of peach or pear – or a sprig of mint for extra freshness.
- Sip and enjoy your sparkling, fruit-infused refreshment.
