We offer the following shipping terms:

Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and item or schedule the contactless delivery through the DHL link sent to you once the shipment is ready for delivery.
We ask you to provide a physical home or office address and NOT a Post Office Box.
Dispatch and Delivery
We use DHL Express courier service worldwide for all our pre-paid shipments.
The products will be dispatched next business days (Monday to Saturday) from the confirmation of order. If the order is not dispatched in five business days for any reason, you will be contacted via email to offer an alternative product, partial shipment or full refund.
DHL will send an email and SMS notification as soon as they pick up your order and you will be able to conveniently schedule your delivery and request “contactless delivery” where the courier can leave your order at the door, mailbox or neighbour.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, ATLAS TEA DMCC is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
