Blooming tea is made by hand-tying tea leaves around real flowers. When brewed, it blossoms in the teapot, creating a beautiful display with a light taste. It’s perfect for relaxing, gifting, or adding a special touch to teatime.

To prepare blooming tea, place one ball in a clear glass teapot. Pour 85°C water over it and let it steep. Within a few minutes, the ball will slowly open into a flower. Enjoy the show, then sip the delicate infusion. You can usually top it up with hot water for a second brew.
